Below is what happens to data during an ordinary visit to betkingukraine.co.ua, step by step: from opening a page to moving on to the operator's site.
You open a page
Like any web server, our server writes a technical log of the request: the IP address, date and time, the page address, browser data and the page you came from. The logs are needed to spot failures and protect the site from automated attacks. They are kept for a limited time and are not linked to anyone's name or contact details — we do not have such data.
You read and scroll
Analytics may be used for traffic statistics, counting page views, approximate city, device type and referral source. We look at the reports in aggregate form: how many people read the section on logging in or on the app, not who exactly they were.
The site may store a few technical cookies in your browser — for example, so as not to show you the same message twice. We do not set advertising cookies from third-party networks. You can delete cookies in your browser settings; you will still be able to read the site just the same afterwards.
You click a button leading to BetKing
An affiliate link passes the operator a tag showing which site and which button the visitor came from. This tag contains none of your personal data. Registration, verification documents, payment details and betting history only appear on the operator's site — we do not see or receive them. The operator's own privacy policy applies there.
What we do not collect
- Name, phone number, email or date of birth — the site has no registration forms.

- Documents, photos or data from Diia or BankID.

Under Ukrainian personal data protection law, you can find out whether data about you is being processed, request that it be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to cookies. Since the site does not collect data that directly identifies a person, in most cases the answer to a request will be: we hold no data about you.
